Arthritis and Total Joint Replacement Seminars

Babysitters
A program for adolescents that teaches safety including appropriate toys, calling for emergency help, basic first aid and handling infants.

CPR
These courses are taught in accordance with the American Heart Association standards and are geared toward the general public. Fee charged.

Diabetes Education
Diabetes is a chronic disease that affects millions of people. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to many serious health problems. Our facilities offer a wide variety of diabetes education sessions to help you live a long healthy and happy life.
LRH: Offers One-On-One Self Management Training, Medical Nutrition Therapy and an Out-Patient Diabetes Educational Program. Each class is conducted by a registered nurse specially trained in Diabetes Education. The cost of the sessions are covered by most insurance companies. PGHC: Classes include Assessment and Introduction to Behavior Change, Core Diabetes Education, Carbohydrate Change, Core Diabetes and Monitoring, Stress management and more.
