Dimensions Healthcare System has implemented a Student Scholarship and Employment Program, for Registered Nurses and other allied health and critical positions.

The program includes payment in advance or reimbursement of student loans for the full cost of tuition for the last one year of education (not to exceed two semesters or four quarters) if enrolled in an Associate Degree Nursing program, or last two years of education (not to exceed four semesters or eight quarters) if enrolled in a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing program. The program includes reimbursement for NCLEX-RN examination, license fees, and an NCLEX-RN review course.

Students accepted into the program agree to maintain full-time course of study for the period of time covered by the program, maintain a certain GPA, agree to start employment with Dimensions Healthcare System within three months of graduation, and agree to work at Dimensions for a period not to exceed two years of full-time employment.

Employees currently participating in the Tuition Reimbursement Program may be considered eligible for the scholarship program provided all elements of the program are met.
