Winfield M. Kelly, Jr., is the president and chief executive officer of Dimensions Healthcare System, a $250 million not-for-profit community health system serving residents of Prince George's County and the surrounding area.

Dimensions Healthcare System consists of two acute care hospitals (Prince George's Hospital Center and Laurel Regional Hospital), two nursing centers (Gladys Spellman Specialty Hospital & Nursing Center and Larkin Chase Rehabilitation & Nursing Center), a freestanding emergency care/ambulatory surgery facility (Bowie Health Center), and an assisted living facility (Woodward Estate).

Kelly is also the chairman and chief executive officer of Columbia Bank in Howard County, Maryland. He formerly served as secretary of the state for Maryland, Prince George's County Executive and chairman of the Prince George' s County Council.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, he continued his studies at The Johns Hopkins University. Kelly assisted in the formation of a graduate degree program in urban studies at the University of Maryland.

He is a member of the Maryland Hospital Association's Healthcare Reform Task Force, Maryland and Prince George's County Chambers of Commerce, the American Cancer Society, the Kiwanis Club, the Knights of Columbus, Prince George's Jaycees, and the Lion's Club.
